In a world of wine full of chateaux, domains and other famous names we are faces, for some anonymous, for those who know us probably unconscious, who do not want to produce millions of bottles but happiness on the faces of a few people.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Bouquet: A complex and intriguing wine, presenting both citrus and green apple notes, but also white flowers.
Taste: reflects the nose, being full of liveliness and freshness, but at the same time balanced. We find a mix of citrus fruits, complemented by white apricots and mineral notes.
The aftertaste is fine but intense, with notes of well-ripened pomelo.
Culinary combinations: Serve as such or with dishes with seafood, fish or different salads.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
