Taste: On the taste buds, the wine keeps in balance the aromas discovered in the perfume. The acidity of the wine is medium, maintained by the citrus aroma that offers a long aftertaste with hints of green peaches.

Culinary combinations: The wine is an excellent appetizer. But it goes very well with Mediterranean dishes based on fish or seafood, as well as dishes from Asian cuisine.
