Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (20%) ), Agiorgitiko (10%) . Protected Geographical Indication “Drama” . Variety: Alkaline clay, sloping at 200-300m, with northern exposure. Vinification: Selection, destemming, crushing, fermentation, malolactic fermentation, maturation in new barrels (30%) and old French oak (12 months). Easy filtering. Aging potential: 15 years. Color: intense purple. Bouquet : fruit aromas with hints of cherries, raspberries, spices and tobacco. Taste: full-bodied, a velvety taste with an intense plum aroma.
