Domaine De La Rectorie Collioure Blanc d’Argile 2021 6X750ml

The current owners of this magnificent estate in Roussillon, in the Collioure and Banyuls appellation, Thierry and Jean-Emmanuel Parcé have mastered their style: whether on the labels or in the wines, everything is free, humble. Grenache is king here, in both white and red, complemented by several other grape varieties. They grow in this mountain vineyard, on very poor shale soils, refreshed by the neighboring sea that they look at in a stunning landscape. The grapes are not destemmed and ferment (after cold decanting for the whites) in barrels.
