Domeniile Urlati ZZPelin Frizzante White.

The Urlati domains, more precisely the Dealu Mare vineyard, located a short distance from Bucharest. They became known since the first centuries after Christ. Created with passion for perfect quality.

White Zzpelin is obtained from the Muscat Ottonel variety, to which is added a macerate of Artemisia Absinthium, a plant generically called wormwood. Zzpelin is mad e with apple, pear, quince, acacia, lime and elder.

Colour: Bright golden yellow.

Bouquet: Perfume of fruits and spring flowers, dominated by wormwood.

Taste: Lively fruity and floral aroma, even Effervescent. A digestif with Well-dosed alcohol, floral and vegetal taste, dominated by wormwood and fruit.

Culinary combinations: A fresh sparkling wine, suitable for meals with various meat dishes.

Serving temperature: 6 – 8°C.
