Domeniile Urlati ZZPelin Frizzante Roze.

The Urlati domains, more precisely the Dealu Mare vineyard, located a short distance from Bucharest. They became known since the first centuries after Christ. Created with passion for perfect quality.

This rosé is obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Feteasca Neagra varieties, to which a maceration of Artemisia Absinthium, a plant generically called wormwood, has been added.

Colour: Rose-salmon, with fine pearl, rare.

Bouquet: Notes of rose, basil and wild flowers that keep pace with bold wormwood.

Taste: Orange peel and marmalade, slightly bitter and sweet, thanks to grape sugar, which provides an unexpected balance. Long aftertaste, bitter.

Culinary combinations: Serve with lamb / goat dishes, or baked fish.

Serving temperature: 6 – 8°C.
