Gitana Portrait Rose 6 x 750ml

The grapes are picked by hand, after they have ripened matured. The must ferments for 12 days at temperature of 11°C, with the help selected yeasts. Then there is a period of 25 days when the wine rests in stainless steel.

Color: bright pale pink in appearance.

Bouquet: it is an explosion of fresh and persistent aromas of freshly picked raspberries and red currants.

Taste: freshness of aromas and acidity. Complemented by a fantastic richness on the palate. An excellent example of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vinified in rosé.

Culinary associations: summer appetizers (gazpacho, tomatoes and mozzarella, eggplant roe); fish; white meat either grilled or served cold (cold pork shanks, pork loin).

Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C.
