In the Gitana Reserve collection we find this sumptuous wine. Made from the best quality Merlot grapes. Harvested by hand starting with the end of September in the Valul lui Traian area.
Color: dark ruby red, bright with purple reflections, clear.
Bouquet: intense, impressive by the complex aromas of berries (cherries, blackberries and blueberries).
Taste: consistent, balanced, with velvety tannins, shades of prunes and dark chocolate, with a long, delicate aftertaste.
Culinary associations: prepared from snub is red on the grill or ducks.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
