The wines produced in Transylvania are mentioned in thousands of years old writings. Belonging to Homer and Herodotus. In the Middle Ages, the Germans and their descendants, the Saxons, contributed to the development of viticulture and the diversification of wines.

Colour: Golden yellow.

Bouquet: A fresh bouquet, dominated by acacia honey, candied fruit, linden flowers and rose.

Taste: Sweet and fragrant, the taste displays aromas of papaya, quince sweetness, candied fruit, acacia honey and citrus. Aftertaste cool, with influences of candied orange peel.

Culinary combinations: Serve as an aperitif or alongside chocolate cakes, fruit desserts or Panna Cota.

Serving temperature: 6-8° C.
