Recas managed to capture a ray of sunshine in 3 white wines and in a rose: Recas Sole Chardonnay, Feteasca Royal, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose.

Color: golden yellow, with discreet green tones.

Bouquet: a delicate floral scent. Complemented by fruity notes and warm vanilla tones.

Taste: cool aromas of fresh fruit, enriched with citrus accents and sweet notes of honey.

Culinary associations: semi-hard and hard cheeses; moldy cheeses; Brie; Camembert; Caesar salad; baked dishes with sauces and reductions, chicken and turkey roll; ocean fish; large crayfish; lobster; tuna steak; fish plate; vanilla dessert (peaches, mango, pineapple).

Serving temperature: 8 – 11 °C.
