White From Gitana winery is a combination of Chardonnay and Feteasca Royal grapes harvested from the Valul lui Traian area. They outline the profile of an extraordinary wine, with a large and elegant bouquet, which reflects very well the specifics of the area. The aromatic register of the wine is extremely unitary, the smell and the taste being in a perfect harmony.
Color: yellowish green.
Bouquet: the intense aromas of wildflowers and peaches are completed towards the end with the sweet ones of acacia honey.
Culinary combinations: an excellent aperitif; dishes such as salads or grilled fish.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10ºC.
