We invite you to enjoy this wine in combinestion with spicy food, more intense in taste: lamb, game or roast beef. A very interesting combinestion for vegetarians is Cabernet Bauer with baked potatoes, oil of olives, garlic, rosemary or grilled vegetables (peppers or eggplants) To obtain a perfectly ripe material, grapes for Bauer red wines are always picked by hand and selected, grape after grape, by repeated harvests. After destemming, the grapes are not crushed and no selected yeasts are added. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, without controlled temperature “pigeage” being done manually up to 3 times a day. The wines remain on the rack for up to 5 weeks, before being pressed and pulled into small oak barrels. (225 l = barrels). Malolactic fermentation is initiated in the barrels, the wine then remaining in the barrel for at least 12 months until bottling. of wines, harvested from the old plots, well cared for in the heart of Drăgăşani Vineyard.
